Terrace concept

The Terrace crew at Country Club in Launceston continue to deliver, a little ode to Autumn.
Nest Fallen on the Ground, A fine balance of Textural inter play, sweet orange mousse, white chocolate, Katifi pastry, seeds nut and grains, whats next well ill tell you Ipods as a last course featurng the crews favourite tunes, we tested it on the Weekend with Richard Wagners Ride of the Valkries as the Outro
to an EPIC freefall session.

Ok so who's a genius, will we ever be fortunate enough to see Pierre on the Ground in Tasmania, Working out of Melbourne we can only hope that he has a spare 40 minutes to get on down, This is Pierres Carrot cake, Heavy Hitter, not sure if this little island has enough Balast to stay a float with a genius like this on Board...........we do have a glimmer of hope at the Terrace in Launceston, they will do dessert degustation 5 courses travelling from Savoury sweet to Sweet.

Just as point of interest Glenn Murcutt comes to town today ( Launceston )...........Who the hell is Glenn, well Glenn could only be described as our very own version of Keith Richards except he doesnt have a Band, what he lacks in musical ability he makes up with design, he is an architectural gun, ive got a link on the page if you feel like checking out his design Skill. We dig Glenn because he just gets on with it he doesnt build house's full of Bullshit if you want to fill them with Bullshit once there built go rite ahead. He says its important with building design to " TOUCH THE EARTH SOFTLY " now if we could just get the rest of the building world to think that way.
