Pierre Francois Roelofs


Ok so who's a genius, will we ever be fortunate enough to see Pierre on the Ground in Tasmania, Working out of Melbourne we can only hope that he has a spare 40 minutes to get on down, This is Pierres Carrot cake, Heavy Hitter, not sure if this little island has enough Balast to stay a float with a genius like this on Board...........we do have a glimmer of hope at the Terrace in Launceston, they will do dessert degustation 5 courses travelling from Savoury sweet to Sweet.
